Birch Run varsity boys basketball suffer another loss on Tuesday to Hemlock 57-42. The Panthers played with a lot of effort against a much taller opponent inside the paint. Hemlock took advantage of its height in the 4th quarter going inside for a 19 to 8 run to close out game. Keegan Hale led the Panther scoring with 11 points followed by Trent Dalak with 10 points. Jaxon Martinus dished out 5 assists and Gage Martinus snatched 4 steals. Connor Mausolf, Keegan, and Gage each had 4 deflections. The Panthers are off now for winter break until January 3rd @ 7:00pm when we play Mt. Morris @ home.
