June 25, 2024 STUDENT-ATHLETE REGISTRATION & INFORMATIONGRADES 7-12 High School & Middle School Students:  Birch Run Area Schools requires that all students participating in athletics are registered with FinalForms. Once an account is created, student-athletes and their parents may upload their sports physical and other necessary medical documents. It is also required that all athletics-related forms found in FinalForms are signed by both the student and parent(s) for the upcoming school year. If you are a new student or parent, you’ll have to register with FinalForms. If you are a returning student or parent, you can simply log into your account and follow the directions to meet all of your requirements.\Vi
