Birch Run Boys Varsity lost at Kearsley 50-79 Tuesday. We got a slow start, getting down 9-0 right from the start, but picked up our scoring and game to bring it to 28-33 at halftime (Kearsley's lead).The Panthers, however, scored just 7 points in the third quarter compared to 31 Hornet points to make the difference in the outcome of the game. Jaxon Martinus led in scoring with 17 points. Karter Knight had 4 rebounds, Keegan Hale led in assists with 4 and had 3 deflections. Connor Mausolf had 4 steals.
