BRIDGEPORT HIGH SCHOOL: 74
The varsity Panthers hosted the Bridgeport Bear Cats Friday, and lost the battle 35-74. Bridgeport came out with red-hot shooting, and led 29-10 after the first quarter, by 25 points (19-44) at the half, and by 31 (26-57) at the end of the third. Birch Run had a rough night as we played hard but came up short. Jaxon Martinus scored 13 points and Gage Martinus had 5 rebounds to lead the Panthers. We play Bay City John Glenn on Tuesday Jan 10th @ home @ 7:00 PM.
